Blackberry Lemonade
Ah, if only little kids would sell blackberry lemonade popsicles at their makeshift stands instead of glorified lime juice.
This pop tastes how jumping into a pool feels: refreshing. as. hell. Its flavor profile (I watch way too much “Chopped”) is dominated by the blackberry, but the soft hints of lemonade are the magic in this wonderful block of flavored ice.
There are little blackberry seeds in it that add a welcome texture, so that’s also fun.
The best part of Blackberry Lemonade is that you can taste real fruit and ingredients with each bite and/or lick. None of that corn syrup voodoo here.
