1. What Kind of service do you offer? We offer repairs, upgrades, and modding services for all gaming system;even systems as old as the Dreamcast, Genesis, or the Nintendo Nes. 2. What is your typical turnaround time? Our turn around time is 1-2 days for installs and up to one week or more on complicated repairs. repairs that require purchase or parts. 3. What Kind of warranty do you offer? When we install a chip, we provide 1 year part and labor.If the customer provide his/her own chip, there is no warranty.If the chip works that's good, we are all happy. If the chip doesn't work, we will charge regular install rate to do the job again. 4. Can i trust you? Are your feedbacks real? All customers are sent a link to leave feedbacks after each transaction is 100% complete. We do not modify any of them. As far as trusting us, yes you can. We are here to serve all gaming fans. 5.Why don't you answer your emails? I sent your several mails! Sometimes, mails go through our junk mail folder or it happens that you wrote on a busy day or a weekend. The best way to contact us then is to do it via yahoo messenger( 6. What Kind of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards through paypal. Postal money orders are welcome as well. Local customers must pay cash. 7. When can i expect my package after i send it? We get most of our package delivery around 12AM EST(USPS) and by 5PM(Fedex,UPS).Once we get a package, we look inside for a note from the sender. Repair/install are done on a first come first serve basis.If your package comes in late, it will have to wait the following day. Each system is tested after repair/install is done.Shipping label is created and pick up is set up with carrier. It happens sometimes that the carrier forget to pick up some packages, or refuse to take the ones that have incomplete labels. 8. Where can i find ISO?How to play burned games? We do not encourage piracy. We will not help you in any way find where to download games or how to burn them. |
