The Top 5 Tweets from the Burger King Twitter Hacking
Just after noon today it appears Burger King’s twitter account was hacked. Their picture and Twitter handle were both changed to feature McDonald’s.

The account just got suspended but we were able to snag a few of their posts. These were our favorites:
5. “ANTI BROKE I GOTTA GET THIS MONEY”
It would appear the hacker wanted to exploit the “hood” image of Burger King. They continue running with it:
4. “ITS GBE NIGGA @LILREESE300 SMACK YA FOR EATIN AT BK WHEN IT UNDA RENOVATION FOR MCDONALDS!!! #300″
The posts began to make less sense as the hacker continues on.
3. “FUCK A TOOKA GANG BITCH IM #300 @ChiefKeef“
Nothing wrong with a @ChiefKeef reference.
2. “We just got sold to McDonalds! Look for McDonalds in a hood near you @DFNCTSC“
Classic Burger King move. The next tweet started it all. It came out around 9 am. And now for my personal favorite…
1. “Try our new BK(℠) Bath Salt! 99% Pure MDPV! Buy a Big Mac, get a gram free! @dfnctsc @tshyne @mcdonaldspic.twitter.com/G14yGLob“
Because let’s face it, who doesn’t think bath salts when you think Burger King? Have it your way, whether that be with sub par meat, a poor atmosphere, or human flesh.
One tweet did shed some light on the possible culprit…

Just based on the other tweets, it appears Burger King fell victim to the internet vigilante group Anonymous. Its unclear as to why the group has beef with Burger King(see what I did there). However, numerous hashtags posted earlier in the day reference mad cow disease. Could Anonymous know something we don’t?
