Midweek Melodies with Michigan Rattlers

Sometimes, the best midweek pick me up is a little live music. Enter Michigan Rattlers, the folk-rock group with a self-described aching dose of Midwestern nice.
Band members Graham Young (lead vocals/guitar), Adam Reed (vocals/upright bass), Christian Wilder (vocals/piano) and Tony Audia began writing and performing together at their Northern Michigan high school and have since made stops at well-known festivals like Bonnaroo and Electric Forest.
Now, the band will be making their way to Gainesville’s perfectly intimate High Dive this Wednesday, February 26; they’ll be joined by guests Brent Cowles, Driptones, and Candlelight Cassia.
You can expect a rock folk blend from Brent Cowles, alternative melodies from Gainesville’s own Driptones, and some Florida-born indie from Candelight Cassia.
Doors will open at 8 p.m. and the show will start at 8:30 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here for $8 or for 10$ at the door. Go ahead, treat yourself— you deserve it.
