What: A screening that shows the struggles and success of three people that live with bipolar disorder
Where: Civic Media Center
When: Monday, 7 p.m.
Why: Because we all should open our hearts and minds to how others experience the world.

Zula Patrol: Under the Weather
What: A visual show that takes you through the weather on different plants
Where: Kika Silva Pla Planetarium
When: Saturday, 3 p.m.
Why: Because we all know that traveling to Mars is on your bucket list — might as well be prepared.

“The Liar”
What: The University of Florida School of Theatre and Dance will have their second summer production about a comedy of two men who embark on adventures in 1643. The only problem is one man can’t the the truth and the other can’t tell a lie making this an epic tale.
Where: Constans Theatre
When: Thursday, 7:30 p.m. through Sunday, 7:45 p.m.
Why: Because who doesn’t want to see some old-school comedy?

Gainesville Girls Rock Camp Showcase
What: The finale showcase for the Girls Rock Camp, a one-week camp that takes girls ages 8 through 17 and teaches them to play instruments
Where: High Dive
When: Saturday, 4 p.m.
Why: Because this is girl power at its finest.
